Purchased Cloud still cannot publish

I have purchased a personal cloud just now, but I cannot see how can I publish the new site I have Zonetel and I just purchased a cloud, I have another cloud I purchased a few days ago and faced a similar issue.
Now I have 2 cloud subscriptions and cannot publish any website
Please provide a resolution
