PROBLEMA CON MI SUBCRIPCION

Estimados, compre la cuenta pro personal de $13 dolares, para ocupar algunas funciones pro como por ejemplo: Popup y aun me sale como si estuviera en versión gratis free. Necesito ayuda con eso para ocupar funciones de edición pro.

  It's possible that the Pro features are not yet activated. Please hit the three dots when you hover your mouse in one of your projects and click on Activate.

  Buenas tardes.
  Tengo una licencia Pro que según el sistema caduca el dçia 29 de noviembre pero ya se ha desactivado.
  ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo para que siga estando activa hasta el día que caduca?

  Hello Lourdes,

  Your Pro licenses are scheduled to expire on November 30, 2026. Are you saying that you lost access to Pro features in a project? Please check these

  1. Do you have these versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro? If not, update the plugins to these versions.
     
     
  2. Do you see a license key in your WordPress Dashboard under Brizy > Settings > License tab. Kindly add the license key if you don't one here.
     
       

  Please get abck to us if neither of the above recommendations was helpful. To resolve this problem, we will examine your WordPress Dashboard.
