    Hi Matthew,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please ensure that the template is added and published - https://prnt.sc/YjwoYt1OeVLK
You can find a detailed example on this link - https://www.wppagebuilders.com/create-custom-404-page-wordpress-brizy/

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thanks, but I already have a 404 page in my templates. How can I add a template for https://mysite.com/?brizy_media. Thanks.

Okay. What is your website URL that you're using for testing on your end?

    Hi Matthew,

Thank you for the update, here's the URL of my testing site - https://staging.server001.xyz/test02/?brizy_media

I assume that you want to ensure that if users would type in this parameter, they would be redirected to a meaningful page (either 404 or a Brizy Template page)

If this is the case, this could be achieved using a third-party plugin such as Redirection – https://prnt.sc/LA-Cmm52scjd
If you prefer not using a plugin, you can also achieve this with rewrite rules on your server - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4951898/rewriterule-to-redirect-with-url-that-got-parameters

If this is not the answer you are looking for, please provide further information.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
