Login Element

Hi, I want to use the login element. When I configure it, it doesn't have an option to set as 'Register' should I see it?

Where can I find a how to use this guide?

  To make sure the option appears in the login element, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings → General.
  2. Enable the "Anyone can register" option.
