HTML Download not working

Once again, HTML download is not working. So now Sync isn't working, and HTML download doesn't work.

Guys - when is all this going to be fixed? I'm going to start looking for other solutions because I can't count on Brizy any longer.

  Hi David,

  Apologies for the inconvenience. Exporting HTML files can sometimes take a while, especially if your website has multiple pages. I recommend avoiding any interruptions to the browser during this process. Additionally, I see that my colleague Basharat is already assisting you with your issue. He has requested your FTP credentials to directly access your website files and possibly offer a solution. To avoid any confusion, please continue the conversation in the private ticket.

  I understand they can take a while. The file didn't show up at all. The page that shows after the file downloads showed up but there is no download. This happened 3 separate times.
