Starter Template installation

When attempting to install a starter template, I get the following error: "Something went wrong. Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us."

Are there alternate ways for me to import a template?

  Hi Jalen,

  • Please confirm that you are using these versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro

  

  • Please change to Blocksy theme and check if that helps.
  • Please ensure that you are using PHP 7.4 or above and WordPress 6.0 or above
  • Please set 'PHP Time Limit' and 'Max Input Time' to 200 seconds or more. You can set your current values under Tools - Site Health - Info tab - Server  https://jmp.sh/SE9clM4S Please contact your hosting provider to increase these values and check again

  To address this issue, we need to examine it directly from your WP Admin page. Could you kindly provide us with a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the issue on your website?
