Multiple site elements not working before & after last update!

Hello,

 

My clients website www.volptinoteam.com has several major issues before and after me updating the plugin. 

Most of the issues are in the Mobile version of the site. The hamburger menu bar doesn't work, several images aren't loading and buttons don't take you to the desired links.

This seems to happen every few months and is extremely aggravating to me and my client who is extremely upset with me. Please let me know if you need my admin access info to rectify the issue. If so whats the safest way to deliver it to you?

  Can you please give us more details about this issue?

  • What issue do you face with the hamburger menu?
  • Which specific images are missing on a mobile?
  • Which buttons are having incorrect links?

  It seamed to take a while for the plugin update to kick in and take effect. Do you have a step by step guide for updating the plugin that you offer that will help make this recurring maintenance of the plugins easier by documenting the quirks and things to be aware of. That would be extremely helpful.

  Unfortunately, we don't have a step-by-step guide specifically for this situation, however, I recommend flushing any cache plugins or server-side caching. This will clear any cached data and help ensure that the updates take effect quickly.
