    Do you have a payment confirmation from your card issuing bank? Can you please update the ticket 32309 with additional information?

    yes , its from your end . but my card statememt shows debited. may be i will get return after 7 days . 

    but my suggestion is to keep the payment method open . so that we can pay before the date too. Now I updated another card . still dont know if i will continue brizy cloud or lose access bcz of such a system

    Hi Manoj,

    You have successfully renewed your Studio subscription for another year yesterday. 

    Unfortunately, there isn't a manual renewal option available through our payment processor Paddle.
