Paid. But not showing in my account
This is follow up question. I already asked support and yet to get a reply.
My ticket no is 32309
My renewals date was 9th. I already paid automatically by card. (Paddle )
But it's not updating in my account. What will happen to this ?

Do you have a payment confirmation from your card issuing bank? Can you please update the ticket 32309 with additional information?

yes , its from your end . but my card statememt shows debited. may be i will get return after 7 days .
but my suggestion is to keep the payment method open . so that we can pay before the date too. Now I updated another card . still dont know if i will continue brizy cloud or lose access bcz of such a system0 -

Unfortunately, there isn't a manual renewal option available through our payment processor Paddle.
