Button to Lightbox

How do i add a button that when pressed will open a lightbox on the same page with either text, video, or an image?  And then the ability to "x" out of the lightbox.

  You can achieve this by creating an "On click Trigger" popup. This feature allows you to assign a popup to a button and design it with video, images, or text according to your preference.

  I did see this but the regular websites, however, I don't see this option available for stories?  Also, it would be great if stories had the option to change the viewing to desktop or tablet as well.
