How to delete a subuser

It shows I have too many subusers but I don't know where to delete them.

  Hi Pablo,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  For now, this is done manually at our end.
  Could you please provide us with a list of users you want to remove?
  Please reply through this thread, you can be assured that we will not show it in public.

  Hello,

  I am not sure which accoun is what because some are registered directly from agency website.

  It is not very practical, when will we be able to remove them on our own?

  The agency feature is not working well, alo of requested feature are still missing.

  We apologize for the inconvenience, but currently, there is no feature available to delete sub-users. We are aware of this issue and plan to improve it in future updates.
