Brizy never finish loading...
Hi Brizy
Im moving a website from one webserver to another webserver... The site works fine on the new server and there was no errors during the migration, but we can't edit the pages as Briny just keep on loading for ever.
I have tried to make a clean WP install with Briny, on the same server, to see if there was some issues on the server but this works fine here.
The resources on the new server are all higher than on the old server. so I guess that should not be the problem.
I tried to clear cache and also disable the WP Rocket Caching plugin - that does not help either.
Any idea why it is not working ?
Can it be related to SSL, as this site is not yet live and therefore use another temporary domain.
Please advice

Hi Brian,
Usually the looping pre-loader indicates that a software in your hosting server environment is interfering with Brizy editing. To fix the problem, please log into your hosting account and check if any of this software is turned on in your server management system (like cPanel). Disable these systems one at a time and see if that makes a difference.
- Security system
- Malware protection
- Firewall
- DDOS
Please also check if you have installed a security plugin. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
In the WordPress Dashboard of your new server under Plugins, please also check if you see the error "Project Data Not Found"
Please get back to us with your findings. We may need access to your WordPress Dashboard to help you fix this issue.
