Stuck at /install_step_1.php when syncing to Wordpress server

I'm on the last step where it says go to the site to start the installation, but when I do https://new.upwardmindset.com/new-website/install_step_1.php the /install_step_1.php shows up behind the url but the page is blank on Safari. On Chrome, it says "this page isn't working" with an error 500.

  We are currently in the process of rebuilding the sync feature to address the current issues. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeframe for its completion at the moment. As a temporary solution, I recommend connecting your domain name to Brizy Cloud using the instructions provided here:  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

  Alternatively, if you prefer to host your site remotely, you might want to consider using the Export HTML feature instead. This allows you to upload and extract your website files directly onto your server. You can find more information here:
