slow loading speed

Hello service team,

as it is mentioned in many other posts, we have the same trouble here.

The website loads very slow and we sometimes have the problem to refresh the content (after pressing the refresh button, it hangs up).

Second problem can "be solved" if we delete the cache, then it works normally for some time.

 

Our hosting provider set up memory and also checked the website in their own environment with highest settings, but they concern about rendering content, so that we don't recognize a difference.

We also disabled plugins and I tried to set the options I found in the support channels.

WP, Brizy and Brizy Pro have each the latest update.

Following php error is shown by the Plugin Query Monitor.

 

We are a school and our IT Consultant has received information of a few agencies, that a problem perhaps could be the number of pages which has to preload, but we're not sure. 

So please open a ticket for us. I think it is the best way.  Thanks in advance.
