Brizy install Starter Templates Problem

Dear brizy 

I have problem to install Starter Templates.

Always show me Someting went wrong and Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us.

Please help me

  Brizy Starter Templates should be ideally set up on a fresh instance of WordPress for best results. If you're trying to install Brizy on an older WordPress installation, it's a good idea to reinstall WordPress and import one of the Brizy starter templates.

  To address this issue, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

  1. Ensure you are using the latest version of WordPress
  2. Also, check that you are using PHP v8 or higher.
  3. If the above made no difference, also try temporarily switching to another theme, preferably one of the themes listed here - https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
