Pop up show only one time.

Hi,

I prepared the pop-up according to the instructions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssbAxYXCte0. Even though the show only once option is turned off, the pop-up only appears once...

  Apologies for any confusion, but in this scenario, the pop-up should only appear once on a single page when you scroll. However, if you've set the display conditions to "all pages," the pop-up will reappear when you navigate to another page.

  Thank you for your answer. According to what I understood, every time you scroll down the page there should be a popup button. And scrolling up should make it disappear. Each scroll of the page should trigger a popup, without having to reload the page. The pop-up is supposed to appear on every page and is set that way. The website address is https:\\ic.pttk.pl. If you need root access, I will provide it.
