  Hi Brandon,

  As per our terms and conditions outlined here https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions  "Refunds are allowed only for yearly subscriptions and up to 30 days after the subscription is made"

  On the above page, you can find it under the 'Fees' heading.

  

  Since you are subscribed to a monthly plan, regrettably, refunds are not available. I've noticed that your subscription has already been canceled and is set to expire on January 4, 2024.
