custom domain ain't working or not connecting

good day,

I have a custom domain and hosting with Xneelo and tried connecting it after purchasing the the basic package of brizy. Domain aint connecting and i did follow all the instruction on your website. its been 72 hours now!!!!

Please assist me as i have to get my website up and running. if customers visit my domain it only states that its reserved for (custom Domain).

 

I would appreciate if we can sort this out urgently otherwise i have to move my business over to another platform.

  Please follow instructions in this page to add a custom domain. Custom domain (A Record Redirect)  If you have any questions on how to add a custom domain, please let us know
