"your email was not sent" problem on pop ups and contact forms

Hi there, I am getting problems with my Brizy Cloud forms. They are all saying "your email was not sent" but it is actually sending the submitted form email. It's not just on my sites. I noticed it on another Brizy user's site a couple of days ago. He also said he had received my contact email.

Please advise when this is expected to be sorted. Thanks, Emma

  Hi there, yes I'd rather keep the URL private. It is *****  and the pop up shows when you scroll down 75% but the initial form on that page also does the same thing. Best wishes, Emma
