External hosted site not syncing with Brizy
I've got a site at https://resurfaceyourugly.com and I've updated the site since launching on my server.
The workspace - https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/16687620/editor/page/3160486 is not updating the site as it should.
Thank you in advance for the help.

Hi David,
Thank you for contacting us.
I assume that you're using Server Sync on your website. Unfortunately, there are ongoing issues with this feature which cause errors during the synchronization process.
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend using the HTML export feature as a temporary solution until the issue is resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,

Ariel,
One of the biggest reasons people choose Brizy is to be able to utilize the Server Sync option. This is/was a gamechanger for people creating websites. What is an estimated time for resolving these issues? a day? Weeks? months?

Hi David,
I'm sorry for any trouble caused.
Could you please try deleting the "cache" and "var" subdirectories on your server and see if it helps? I have created a video tutorial for you, which you can find at this link: https://youtu.be/JX549S5LddY
I apologize if my accent makes it difficult to understand, as English is not my native language. Please give it a try and inform me of the results.
Best regards,

Thank you for this.
I will give this a try tomorrow.
QUESTION:
In the video you mentioned moving the sitemap file - is that going to be fixed so that it is placed in the PROPER file and we do not have to move it? Additionally, after I move it, will it update with the correct pages when I add posts/pages? Since the file path will now be different?
Thank you

I've confirmed that this did indeed refresh the changes.
HOWEVER... if you take a look here:
https://nimb.ws/ru3hC1 - you'll see that it is referencing the sitemap at brizy, not at the domain.
Conversely, a brizy hosted site shows the sitemap at the proper domain - https://nimb.ws/YDukAa
This bug needs to be fixed so that it reflects the proper location of the sitemap. Also get back to me about the question above about the Sitemap.
Thank you

Hi David,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
Moving the sitemap.xml file doesn't address the problem. Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue, and we are unable to provide you with an estimated time for its resolution.
In the meantime, kindly follow the steps demonstrated in the screencast whenever you update your pages. Additionally, you will need to manually update the URLs in the sitemap.xml and move it to the proper directory in your server. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,

So basically you are saying the Sync function of Brizy actually doesn't work at all.
If we have to manually clear things in our server and update the sitemap urls then Sync is worthless.
Sync implies that when I make a change on my site on Brizy, it updates on the live server. It doesn't AND it negatively affects SEO because the sitemap shows the wrong links.
This should be a TOP priority for Brizy to fix.
