hello. I'm contacting you because my team member's account is blocked. Can you tell me what the problem is?

 

Also, how can I recover it?

  Hi guys, you can't just block a whole account because a couple of websites were flagged as spam! And you should send a notification before doing this! I can't believe you just do that. My account hello@onamazoncloud.com is now blocked.. I can't even access  it to delete any websites if needed (even though I am sure no websites are spam at all!).

  So can you please unblock it asap?

  Hi George,
  I need your help. I'm having the same issue with my agency account.
  I had to log in with another account to be able to write to you here.
  All my clients' websites are blocked, and I don't know which suspicious site could have caused this incident. I didn't receive any alert or notification to act and take the necessary measures.
  Can you please help me?
