    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please try it again and see if you're receiving the same error?
Otherwise, please also try using another browser and see if this will help.

Your website https://www.mymodelcard.com/ appears to be working at my end as confirmed by this screenshot -  https://prnt.sc/o9o4UGi87HHW
Try clearing your browser cache or try using another browser.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello,

well, I don't even know what to say, two months of my work was wasted, I can't even edit a new page, and June 9th would be the time to extend the subscription. If you host your clients' pages on such crappy hosting or servers, you will lose subscribers. I would recommend a relatively affordable and reliable service provider: https://unihost.com/

I am still thinking about extending the subscription.

    Best Regards.

    “Project Not Configured Error”

    Hello,

I tried to publish my site on a custom domain, I see the DNS looks ok but when I try to reach my site it says "Project was not found".

I did clear my browser cache or open this page in Incognito browser..... same result.

    Please help!

    Hello Csaba,

We apologize for the inconvenience. Brizy Cloud was under DDOS attack when you encountered this problem. There was a rush of internet traffic to our servers aimed at disrupting the Brizy Cloud services. Thank you for your patience while we worked to stop the attack.

I believe everything is working fine now.
