Where is my download?

I upgraded from free to $9 per month.

What did I upgrade to if not to pro?

I have no pro license or pro download and when I click on pro, it wants me to pay again?

Did I purchase the wrong product???  If so, please CANCEL my $9 monthly fee and advise what I need to do to get to pro.

    Can I ask you a quick question? I have been trying for a week to include a video on my Brizy website but it shows up blank. Do I need to upgrade in order to show videos on my page?

    If so, and I upgrade to pro, and it doesn't work, will I be able to get my money back or am I risking $49 just to show videos that should be showing on the free site but show up blank. Or you click on them and they are blank.

    Otherwise, is there a way to showcase a video without it showing up blank on the free site?

    Thank you in advance for any support that you can provide in this matter.

    Hi James,

    You can add a video to a Brizy page using the Brizy Video element. You can add a video to a page using the Brizy Free version. Please have a look at this page for an example of a video added to a page using the Brizy video element. https://brizytest.online/video/

    Upgrading to Brizy Pro is not necessary to fix the issue with the video. If you share the URL of the page where you are facing this issue, we can take a look.

    Unfortunately, I tried several times, more than a dozen times, to bring video into my Brizy web page. What happens is as soon as I put the video URL through Youtube, it goes blank. It is a white background as though that portion of the page completely disappeared. I have even published to see if it shows up on the published page, but it does not. It looks like a "hole" in my website.

    When I first bring in the video, however, it shows the Youtube video about the Lions. Again, it is as soon as I put in MY YOUTUBE URL that the video completely disappears.

    This is why I attempted to upgrade to PRO thinking that the video function simply did not work on the free Brizy site.

    Please advise what to do about the Youtube video not functioning.
