    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    To help us better understand the issue with the lightbox functionality, could you please confirm where on the website the lightbox is enabled?

    Regarding the sync issues, we have recently received similar reports. To address this, I recommend accessing the root directory of your site and navigating to the /var and /cache subdirectories. Once there, please delete all the files inside these folders. 


    After this, go back and update your pages to see if this resolves the issue. You can access the root directory of your website using FTP or the File Manager in your hosting dashboard.

    We released an update today to address lightbox issue. If you're still experiencing the issue on your end, I recommend clearing your browser cache or trying to access it using a different browser.
