TOO MANY REDIRECTS - Server Sync failure
You guys deleted my last support post. I'm assuming it is because I pointed out that this has been an ongoing issue for 4 years with no resolution to fix the problem.
My site - https://drsamuelmann - was launched using sync. I updated a page and then the website got a too many redirects error.
I've deleted contents of var and cache - nothing
I removed all the site files, unsynced and started over - nothing
I duplicated the entire site into a new project and started over - nothing
I deleted htaccess and readded - nothing
It was redirecting from the main domain to domain/install_step_1 and back to the domain over and over again.
This has been an ongoing issue. I've even written Dimi about the issue and talked with him about persistent problems that don't seem to be getting fixed.
For all of us using Brizy Cloud... what is the fix and when will this issue be resolved once and for all?

Regarding the persistent redirect error on your site launched through sync, we're actively working on resolving issues with Brizy Cloud. We're currently in the process of rebuilding the Sync feature to address ongoing concerns. Unfortunately, I don't have a specific timeframe for its completion.As a temporary solution, I recommend connecting your domain name to Brizy Cloud using the instructions provided here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
Alternatively, you can use the Export HTML feature to publish your website files onto your server. You can find more information on how to export HTML here:
