Missing Projects

Hello I have identified two missing projects that was associated with my white label plan. They are https://glitzopticalflexplan.goecho.biz/ and prosperworldwide.goecho.biz.

Can these projects be retrieved?

  Hi Mark,

  We had received a request from you on 27 January to cancel the Agency subscription and remove the white label option from your account. This change was implemented and now the projects in your Brizy Cloud account are published using the brizy.site sub domain. 

  For example, your earlier project https://glitzopticalflexplan.goecho.biz/ is now available at the domain https://glitzopticalflexplan.brizy.site/ This is the only project we see under your account. Please see the screenshot https://jumpshare.com/v/QFyNtwDoHdpCK6kQAnWz

  Could it be possible that the other project https://prosperworldwide.goecho.biz/ was deleted?

  Hello, I can't locate my https://glitzopticalflexplan.brizy.site/ to make edits. Can you let me know what project I have it listed under? I've checked them all and nothing. Thanks!

  Hi Mark,

  Under the 'Glitz Optical' workspace, try the Glitz Flex project.
