    Hi Zach,

The blog archive page is not setup automatically. You will need to design your Blog archive page. Please have a look at this video for instructions on setting up the Category Archive page Dynamic Elements | Brizy Cloud 101 | Lesson 23

You can also setup a blog archive page by adding the Posts element to any page and making these selections under the Filter tab.

what i'm trying to say is that in my assets list there is no "all blog" or "categories" under the Posts asset. In the video there is an all posts section and a categories section. And in the blogging video jp says that its created automatically. Why isn't mine created?

    Hi Zach,

Sorry for misunderstanding your request. Can you please share with us the Project Name and the Preview URL of your project in the Brizy Cloud Dashboard?

ok but what's that for? that has nothing to do with my question. Is there anybody i can physically talk to about this?

In all the videos i see... even in the one you suggest it shows an asset called either Posts or Blog. Then there's a subsection called All posts or All blogs. Then there's another subsection called categories. My question is why doesn't mine have that in assets and how do i get those.

    Hi Zach,

I finally understand what you're looking for. Please accept apologies for my sluggish brain.

The 'Categories' option was missing from your Posts. I have now added it back. Few fields from the Posts were also missing. I have added that as well. Please check and let us know if everything is in order.

I guess these options were deleted accidentally on your project.

I'm trying to figure out how to setup the blogs archive page and a resource library. In one of the brizy tutorials on youtube it says brizy provides a blog page in the categories asset under the blog asset. Mines not there. How do i get one?

also, is there anyone i can talk to that would be able to help me in real time? I mean I'll pay for the time. I have some questions and i'm stuck and unable to move forward. Ones about this blog archive. Then the other i'm trying to create a resource library and can't figure it out. I can't find anywhere to help with that. I've searched google. youtube. I don't understand.

    Hi Zach,

The reason why you do not see 'Categories' under 'Posts' is because you have renamed 'Categories' to 'Sections' in your project "Writing Your Own Story".

I also see a Resources asset in your project and 'Categories' under this asset.

Let's fix a time for a Zoom consultation if you would like to discuss your questions one-on-one. I live in India. Please let me know your time zone and a good time to setup a Zoom call.

I am having the same issue I accidentally deleted my posts section in my assets menu. I went and created a custom asset and named it blog but now I do not have categories underneath the blog asset.

    Hi Ryan

Please watch this video for the procedure to add a reference asset to Blog. https://youtu.be/r2EW_Fx2jww?si=mZvqrjW4gJFiB9Jm&t=470  In this tutorial the same way JP makes an asset called 'Horror', please add the 'Categories' asset.

If you are unable to add it, please get back to us with your project details. We will add Categories to your blog.
