Arrows in carousel not showing up

I have made a carousel, a testimonial section basically, but the arrows are not showing it's just 2 pixelated boxes on either sides. What could be causing this?

  It would seem the problem is only in the builder and for preview because upon publishing the page, the actual URL shows the arrows

  Thank you for the update.

  Could you give clearing your browser cache a try? Sometimes that can help resolve the issue. Additionally, you could also try editing your pages using a different browser to see if that makes any difference.

  Greetings,

  I actually did try both of those solutions, clearing cache on Chrome (main browser) and trying a different browser (Firefox), but neither of them worked. It's quite alright though, since the arrows are visible on the published page. Thank you very much for your help!
