license key with 2 owners (websites)

Hi, I was shocked to see that there is another website that is sharing my license key. The original owner is the website that is shaded in black and the illegal one is issaitc.com.

I do not know how and why this happened. I disabled it immediately. I am the sole owner and not sharing this LTD account with anyone.

Can you please provide me with an answer about this?

  I understand your concern, and I want to assure you that it's not possible for anyone else to access your licenses without your permission. Only the account owner has access to their licenses.
  However, we take your report very seriously and we're currently investigating this matter. In the meantime, we recommend updating your account passwords to ensure your account's security.

  I believe so but it is so strange that I it's shared with an unknown website. I haven't opened my account for more than a year now. I will update the password too. Please do check on this matter carefully. Thanks Denise
