Why cannot edit two pages at same time?

Hi,

Why user in the backend cannot edit two different pages if one is editing another one?

Its normal that two users cannot edit the same page, but its not that they cannot edit different ones, that makes that only one person can work on a page at the same time.

How can we do that?

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, multiple users cannot edit a page simultaneously. This also applies to a normal WordPress page or a post.   When a user is editing a page or post, it is locked for editing by that user to prevent conflicts and data loss.

  But its not the same page which we were trying to edit, they are different ones, and also doesn't allow.

  The second user was just created. We are using different computers also.

  Anyway i change the browser and same issue happen.

  1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
  2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.

  In another ticket you tell us that different pages cannot be edited at the same time with the same user. Can you clarify the real status because in this ticket you told us that it could be done?

  Thank you for your response.

  I stand by my previous statement in the above support thread. The current design of Brizy intentionally does not allow simultaneous editing of a project. This prevents accidental overwriting of previous versions of a page and avoids conflicts and data loss when multiple users are working on the same project.

  We dont get it, any other builder and the same wordpress allow same or different users to edit different pages, its normal that more of one person are involve in the development of a website.

  Why brizy cannot support this? Its a huge inconvenient.
