Can't Get Passed Loading Screen

Hey all! I just loaded Brizy Pro onto a wordpress website, and when I go to edit the posts and pages, it won't go passed the loading screen (i've attached a photo of what I mean. It's the thing that spins and spins). I've been looking at this loading screen for over 5 minutes now. Is there a solution that you may have seen elsewhere this has happend? Any info helps!

  Hi Bryan,

  The looping pre-loader indicates that a piece of software in your hosting environment is interfering with Brizy editing. To fix the problem, please sign in to your hosting dashboard and check if you see a 

  • Security system
  • Malware protection
  • Firewall
  • DDOS

  Disable these systems one at  a time and see if that makes a difference.

  Please also check if you have installed a security plugin in your WordPress Dashboard. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, please relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
