  Hi George,

  Mail sent as instructed above.

  We are facing an issue with the backup as well. Not able to take the backup of our site, it fails again and again, though the same setup is working fine on our other websites. Is there any alternative plugin to wpvivid that is compatible with Brizy builder?

  Hi Devashish,

  Thank you for your cooperation.

  The issue appears to be a conflict with the eBook store plugin, when disabled the issue no longer occurs. This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/0y2o5MOWcp8
  Please also reach out to the developers of this plugin so they can be aware of this issue and possibly offer a solution.
  
  About the backup plugin, please also try All-in-One WP Migration.
