My home page is blank. Not saving

I worked on my site to get ready for our launch. Everything looks good on my laptop, but the new changes I just made are not showing, in fact, now the page is mostly blank. All graphics are gone and any background, and formatting. The other 4 pages are fine. The page looks fine, but when I look out it doesn't.  See attached example. What happened and how can I fix this?
