    Hi Nikhil,

    Your next payment of of $116.82 is scheduled for November 28, 2023, which is tomorrow. Could you complete the Paddle test transactions once you added a new payment method? If not, kindly ensure that your card is enabled for international online transactions and add it as a new payment method. If your test transaction completes successfully your automatic renewal will also complete well. 

    Failure to make a payment does not automatically terminate your subscription. Kindly notify us if the payment fails once again. We will do our best to assist you with payment issues.

    Hi,

    As per your instruction, my card has already activated for international transaction. My PayPal account has backup card also, but both fail to transact. Even I confirm with the bank, they didn't deny any international transaction for particular amount.  

    This is not my first transaction, it's already successfully done transaction with other site (with stripe).

    I didn't start using brizy, if I will not continue with studio plan still can I use cloud pro feature like server sync, html export as LTD holder.

    Hi Nikhil,

    We see an error message "The transaction has been declined by the customer bank" in your transaction.  Your subscription is marked as 'Paused' by Paddle, our payment processor.  

    Could you please send an email to help@paddle.com with a copy to support@brizy.io? Kindly let them know about your attempted transaction, provide these details, and ask for their help in getting this transaction cleared.
