How can I replace WordPress archives with Brizy archive template showing full post content?
Hi,
I would like to create a Brizy archive template to use for all the standard WordPress auto-generated post archive pages (categories, tags, etc.) but I would like to display the full post content for each post rather than just the title, meta and excerpt.
So, for example, if I have a WordPress tag, "red-items", WordPress will generate an archive page at the URL domain.com/tag/red-items. Instead of having this archive just list the posts that have this tag, I want to display the full content of all the posts that have this tag.
I have created these posts in Brizy (they are standard posts, not custom post types), so when I use the standard WordPress post archives and just switch them to display full post content rather than excerpts (in the WP Reading settings), all the post content is there but it does not display correctly (I assume as it is Brizy content).
So I believe I need to use a Brizy archive template to display the content of the current posts query, whatever that may be, and get it to output full post content.
I have attempted to create this template, but it seems to want me to insert specific fields as content blocks -- ie, to 'build' the template content. There does not seem to be a way for me to just insert the entire post content as a block -- ie, just say, 'whatever the content of this post is, just show all of it', which is how the normal full content post archives work.
Perhaps I am approching this in the wrong way. How can I achieve this?
Thanks.

Hi Paul,
It is possible to setup a blog archive page with the full blog post content using Brizy. Please have a look at my test blog page here https://brizytest.online/blog/
Please have a look at this video for the procedure to setup an archive page like this. https://jmp.sh/aJ1ZrWKy

Hi KC,
Thanks very much for taking the time to record this video, I appreciate it.
Does this also work when the content of the individual posts that you are displaying in the archive have themselves been created with Brizy editor? It seems to be 'kind of' working for me but the blog post content layout is messed up. I see that the content of your posts is just simple text so perhaps they are 'plain vanilla' WP posts. Would you be able to check whether the output of Brizy-edited posts also works in the archive display?
Many thanks.

Hi Paul,
The Brizy 'Content' element is meant for displaying the blog post content added in Gutenberg. Hence the approach I recommended above will not work if you are adding blog post content in Brizy.
In my example, I used plain text blog posts. However you can add columns, images, videos etc. and present your content more creatively in Gutenberg.
