some mages are not showing

on some pages in my site images are not showing. here is an example https://josephsdogtraining.com/agility-cape-cod/ there should be an image on the right and also below it. I have reinstalled wordpress and php versions, and tried some other things as well and it is still not working. can you please help. it is showing in mobile version.

  Hi Tatsiana,

  Can you please deactivate the WP Optimize plugin and see if that makes a difference?
