posts in wordpress layout looks not even

Is it possible to display the posts all at the same height so that the layout looks even and, for example, the buttons are all displayed on the same line?

i use brizy for wordpress. here is an example: 

Dr. F.-W. Lehmann | Rechtsanwalt (dr-lehmann-arbeitsrecht.de)

  Hi Uli,

  In the Brizy Archive/ Posts element, please click on the corner of any blog post card. In the Content options, select the justified option on the right to display blog posts cards with the same height. https://jmp.sh/BJZIpHbZ
