    Hi Justin,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I'm sorry to hear that  Brizy Pro didn't meed your expectations. We're always looking for ways to improve our product, and I'd appreciate it if you could provide me with some more information about the issues you faced while using it.

Specifically, could you please let me know which aspects of the woocommerce functionality you found to be dysfunctional? Additionally, could you describe in more detail the slow navigation process you experienced? Any specific examples or details you can provide would be helpful.

Thank you for your feedback, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I found most components in the page builder, especially in generating previews, to take from 10-15 seconds to load.  Sometimes incremental changes in the builder would take 5-10 seconds to load.

When I tried making columns with the Woocommerce elements, they always appeared as 1 column.  I tried for an hour to find a workaround but couldn't find one.

Please send me a refund for the Brizy Pro purchase.

    Hi Justin,

    Thank you for the update.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Brizy. We kindly request that you try some troubleshooting steps before we proceed with a refund.

When the editor takes a long time to load, something is taking up too many resources. The steps below will help you determine where the resource bottleneck is stemming from.

    1. The quickest way to get rid of this problem is to close other browser tabs while you work on your page load the editor to see if the problem is helps.
    2. If you are using security software on your computer, such as Mallwarebytes, or any other similar programs. They will sometimes interfere with the Brizy builder. Try turning off your security software for a while to see if that helps.
    3. You may also want to consider switching to a different browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Opera, or try to use incognito mode.
    4. If the above steps made no difference, temporarily disable all other plugins besides Brizy, Brizy Pro, and WooCommerce and see if this makes any difference.
    5. About the issue with WooCommerce when making columns, I am unable to reproduce it as demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/KXt52UZVnuQ.  Perhaps this issue is coming from your current theme, in this case, you can try switching to another theme and see if this helps.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but we want to make sure that we exhaust all options before issuing a refund.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Thanks Ariel,

I have to use multiple browser tabs when working with Brizy because the speed is so slow that it's faster to have multiple tabs in different workspaces.  Closing them doesn't help me.

I tried it without the Brave blockers, no luck.

I haven't been using any other plugin yet.  It's still in the earlier stages of a project.

The columns issue could be with the theme, but the last theme I tried had official support from Brizy, the Blocksy theme.

I appreciate the help, but I'd still like to move forward with my refund.
