Google tag and Brizy Cloud

Hi,

I have two questions. I want to install GA4, so the Google tag on my Wordpress Brizy website. I searched how to do it, and found a page about using the 'code injection' and then especially code injection in  the header. However, I can not find this setting in my Wordpress Brizy builder.

The explanation is that I have to go to Brizy Cloud, but my website is not standing in Brizy cloud. How can I sync then my website from Wordpress to Brizy cloud>

Also when I look in Brizy cloud and for example add a new project, all the PRO templates are not available. Although, I have a Personal (PRO) version of Brizy.

    I already found the issue about installing GA4.

     

    But still I would like to know why I don't see my website in Brizy Cloud and also I dont see my saved blocks and layouts in the cloud website builder.

    And I don't have the PRO features in the Brizy Cloud. Do you know how this is possible?

    Hi Annoeska,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To add GA4 to your WordPress site while using Brizy WP, you will need to use a separate plugin. An example of a third-party plugin that you can use is WPCode, which allows you to insert the GA4 code snippet into the <head> section of your website.     Please note that if you have already added the GA4 code snippet in Brizy Cloud, it will not work on your WordPress site as it is hosted remotely.

    Thanks, however I said I already found the issue about GA4. I do have another question about Brizy Cloud.

    After reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently subscribed to Brizy WP, which does not include access to the Pro features on your Cloud dashboard. It's possible that you may have subscribed to the wrong plan by mistake.

    If you would like to continue using Brizy Cloud and access the Pro features, we can help you switch your subscription from Brizy WP to Brizy Cloud.

    Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the subscription change, and we will be happy to assist you further.
