  The looping pre-loader often indicates interference from software in your hosting server environment. To fix this, check if any of these software systems are enabled in your hosting account: security system, malware protection, firewall, and DDOS. Disable them one by one to see if it makes a difference. Also, deactivate any security plugins in your WordPress Dashboard.
