Hi Jing Li,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Upon checking, it seems that your website is published using Sync, and it appears that the issue you're experiencing is more related to the server where your website is currently hosted. To resolve this, I recommend reaching out to Azote.org, as they will be able to assist you in identifying and resolving the issue.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel.H,
I am using the root domain gukee.fr.nf which works fine.
gukee.fr.nf uses brizy on wp.
So I guess there is a problem with Sync compatibility.I'm going to delete all the files under otakuni.gukee.fr.nf and do a new Sync.

After uploading the file . After you open "otakuni.gukee.fr.nf",
you will be automatically redirected to "https://otakuni.gukee.fr.nf/index.php/install_step_1.php"

Hi Jing,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
I understand that you're having some difficulties with the Server Sync feature, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently in the process of rebuilding the sync feature to address the current issues. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeframe for its completion at the moment.
As a temporary solution, I recommend connecting your domain name to Brizy Cloud following the instructions provided here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect
Alternatively, if you prefer to host your site remotely, you might want to consider using the Export HTML feature instead. This allows you to upload and extract your website files directly onto your server. You can find more information here:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026945332-Export-HTMLIf you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
