    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please verify if this issue persists with the most recent versions of Brizy.

    Additionally, does the problem still occur if you deactivate all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro?

    If the issue persists, I recommend setting up a staging version of your website where the issue can be replicated and providing us with the login details. This would allow us to further investigate this issue without affecting your live site.
