"Email Not Sent" Form Error

Hello!

We've been having an issue for about a week now where our submission form only works via mobile and not from a physical computer. I've checked all of the settings, file sizes, and allowable types and tested the same information and file types from my phone and computer. Using my mobile device, I have no issues. Using my computer, I get the error "Email Not Sent."
