    Hi Martin,

    Would you be able to try duplicating the form and reconnecting it? If the duplicated form works properly, then you can go ahead and delete the original form.

    Hi Martin,

    When you see "lists are empty", please read it as 'Sequences are empty' in Convert Kit. Please add a sequence in your ConvertKit account following this procedure Creating and sending a Sequence in ConvertKit  You will need to be on a paid plan to add sequences.
