It's not enough that you deleted a year of my work, but also on the new hosting I rented on your advice, because if I want to use the GO PRO templates from my hosting, it immediately links to brizy, so the website I would build will again be on yours and not on my hosting.
Since I don't use the service for free and now I have to pay for another one, I ask for an immediate solution.

    • What are the GO PRO templates from your hosting? Do you have a link to the templates? 
    • When you say hosting, do you mean https://www.tmdhosting.com/?   
    • Why do these templates link to Brizy?
    • What is the reason why the website you build will be on our hosting instead of yours? 
    • What is the new service you need to pay for? What circumstance leads you to pay for this new service?

    We would be happy to assist you if you could do a screen recording providing a more thorough explanation of the issue.

    thank you for your quick response.
     
    1. I don't really get this question. I can't access the PRO Templates in my hosting, because it redirects me to the brizy website when I try to use them, but I payed for the Pro!
    2. I have to rent storage space on TMD hosting because adult content cannot be stored on your amazon servers, so I had to delete everything. I installed WP and uploaded the brizy plugin
    3. Exactly, this is the problem, that these temlates link to Brizy! But only the Pro temlates, the basic temlates not. So, I can only use the basic ones although I have the Pro subscription. I don't know why these templates link to Brizy.
    4 I create adult content website, that's why I have to do it on a TMD hosting server, because on Amazon servers (which Brizy uses) it's not allowed.
    5. I payed for Brizy Pro -> and can't use Brizy website builder, because it's adult content.
    I payed for TMD hosting -> and I can't use Brizy website builder, because the Pro doesn't work on the hosting.
     
    I'll try to show you the problem with print screens so you can see the problem
    1-WP admin panel
    2-Edit with Brizy
    3-Story editing
    4-Template selection
    5-If I want a PRO template, I cannot import it, so this message appears: "Get a PRO Plan" and if I click on it, it will take me to Brizy's page.

    Hi Csaba,

    We appreciate you answering our questions and providing multiple screenshots. It looks from your screenshots that Brizy Pro does not have a PRO license added to it. After adding a PRO licence under Brizy - Settings - License tab, you can access the PRO features. Please review this tutorial for more thorough instructions. How to install Brizy PRO and activate your PRO license

    Do let us know if adding a license key fixes all the problems you have listed above.
