  Hi Thomas,

  I installed the theme you are using, YITH Wonder. It does display the Homepage settings in my WordPress Dashboard. 

  The same settings are also available in your WordPress Dashboard under Appearance - Customize - Homepage Settings. Please check if you can access the setting from there.

  You can also change your theme to Blocksy and check if that helps.
