Issue: New Brizy Update broke the global saved items from loading or showing on the builder.
I am using:

• Brizy Version 2.4.31
• Brizy Pro Version 2.4.28

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Have you already tried to isolate this issue by disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if this is coming from a conflict? Did you also try using another theme?

  If you've already done these steps, could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin details? This will allow us to further check the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

  So. Ever since ive updated, the global basically disappeared off the builder canvas.

  Are there any options to get the last versions back?

  Please use these ZIP files to rollback to

  • Brizy 2.4.28: https://jmp.sh/NXGW7Z2J
  • Brizy Pro 2.4.25: https://jmp.sh/qhiAEouH

  Here is the procedure

  • Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  • Deactivate and delete Brizy
  • Download Brizy 2.4.28. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
  • Download Brizy Pro 2.4.25. Under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

  Global blocks should ideally work with Brizy 2.4.31 and Brizy Pro 2.4.28. There could be a reason why the global blocks stopped working at your end. Instead of rolling back to earlier versions and never updating, it could be better to identify the problem and solve it. We can advise you on the best course of action to resolve the problem and keep using the most recent Brizy versions if you allow us access to your website.

  Ok. So I've added the old plugins back. But still having issues with Globals. When I set an element to global, it immediately disappears on screen. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

  Hi Sam,

  The most recent Brizy versions have issues when adding global blocks to Brizy Templates. We are currently working on fixing this issue. Did you encounter this issue while working with a Brizy Templates? 

  Instead of adding a global block from within a Brizy Template, please add a Display Condition to include the global block in Brizy Templates as per the procedure in this screen recording https://jmp.sh/qN0Ci7SA
