SSL problem

Hello,

1. Our company website creasis.com is not responding to plain https://creasis.com requests.

2. Onsite SSL certificate is not working for a few weeks now. It has been more than 20 days since expiration.

We have not changed anything on our DNS server and our records show that www requests are pointed to mang15001665.brizy.site.

Please advice...

  Hi Mehmet,

  The A Record for your domain appears missing.

  

  Can you please check your 'Publish On Your Domain' screen to see if the A Record Current Data matches with the Required Data? The Current Record should be green color if both match.

  Thanks I added the A record, I do not really know what happened there. When would the SSL be effective?

  Hi Mehmet,

  Can you delete your custom domain, add it again and wait for half an hour to regenerate the SSL certificate?
