    Hi Bernadette,

Do you have a URL where we can see these issues? If the URL is not yet publicly available, can you demonstrate the issue in a screen recording?

This is our website: http://stubborn.farm. Here's a screenshot of it open in Chrome desktop, working properly.

Here's a screenshot of it open in Firefox Desktop. Notice it is not the regular menu bar, it's a burgermenu which it shouldn't be. Also notice the hashtag in the browser bar. I clicked on the menu and it does nothing except create that hashtag. A friend made us aware of this issue, btw, so it is not local to us or our problem with browser cache or what have you.

The burgermenu shows up on a mobile phone just fine using Chrome, safari, and Microsoft Edge. No issues there.

    Hi Bernadette,

Your website menu appears developed using the theme 'The Core'. The header is currently designed to display the regular navigational menu on devices with screen sizes above 1396px. On devices with 1396px or less width, the displays the hamburger menu.

We had developed the 'The Core' theme and have discontinued supporting it several years ago. Hence we have no way to fix the issue with the hamburger menu. You may want to consider recreating the header and footer using Brizy and set the pages to Brizy Page Template.

Do you have a web developer who can help you with this?

No, I do not have a web developer. I can follow directions if you are able to guide me on how I can do this myself. I'd like to stick with the theme I currently have, but understand it would be best to eventually move over so these issues wont arrise. But before then, can we create the same header and footer I have but with Brizy. Can you show me how to do this?
