    Thank you for contacting us.  

    Just wanted to check if you've selected the "Required" option for the Email confirmation to join field when setting up the form integration with Mailchimp. You can see a demonstration of this in the screencast: https://youtu.be/7nZgyQp-fAM

    Sometimes, if you're using the same email address to test the form, you might not receive the confirmation to join. In that case, please try using different email addresses. You may also use my email address (arielh@test-local.site) and I will let you know if I received the email confirmation.

    The problem was that i used the same email to many times.
