Adding Menus

Hello,
I had a couple questions about menus;

How do I edit the menu's properties like the color and where the links lead to?

Also my page is a single page website, how do I make it jump to sections on the same web page?

  To set color for your menu, please

  1. Click on any menu text
  2. Select the color icon 
  3. Set the color using the color palette
